This home is better than new. We moved in nearly 6 years ago and have spent lots of time & money upgrading this home to be one of the nicest around. We have taken great pride in all the work we have done. Now that we have it just about perfect... it's time to move! :-(
Some of the things we love about this house... The laminate floors throughout the kitchen, dining and family room... The stairs and entry also have laminate flooring (much nicer than carpeted stairs!)... There are vaulted ceilings in the great room creating a very open feel... We love all the plants, flowers and trees... Another plus is corner lot and a soccer field and park across the street. Most homes in subdivisions are sandwiched between other homes and you don't have that feel here.
